Ajit Narayanan joins as Chief Technology Officer, while Ambarish Kenghe, Group Chief Executive Officer, Angel One, said his experience will support stronger platforms, AI capabilities and secure client experiences.
Mumbai, 4 June 2026: Angel One Limited has appointed Ajit Narayanan as its Chief Technology Officer as the company prepares for its next phase of technology led growth.
Ajit brings more than 25 years of experience across consumer internet, e commerce, digital healthcare and enterprise platforms. His work spans platform engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud native architecture and data led systems.
In his new role, Ajit will lead Angel One’s engineering function. He will focus on platform architecture, performance, scalability, AI led intelligence and resilient technology systems.
Angel One also announced that Ravish Sinha, Group Chief Product and Technology Officer, will move into an individual technologist role in the office of the Group CEO.

Before joining Angel One, Ajit led technology for supply chain and commercial platforms at Reliance Retail. He was earlier Chief Technology and Product Officer at Licious, where he worked on consumer and operational platforms across customer experience, supply chain, fulfilment and last mile delivery.
Ajit also co founded MFine, an AI powered digital healthcare platform. Before that, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Myntra and worked on technology systems during the company’s growth phase.
Earlier in his career, Ajit held engineering, product and global leadership roles at SAP, contributing to enterprise cloud, integration and API management platforms.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bangalore University and is an inventor of multiple technology patents.
