The two state expansion places branch, credit and relationship teams closer to traders, self-employed professionals and small enterprises whose financing needs vary according to local industries and market conditions.

Seven locations in Andhra Pradesh and four in Telangana will offer secured business loans and loans against property as the NBFC prepares to add up to 60 more branches nationwide.

Micro and small businesses across 11 tier II and tier III markets in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will gain local access to secured credit following the latest branch expansion by Saarathi Finance.
The MSME focused non-banking financial company opened the branches during June and July 2026, recording its highest regional expansion within a two month period.
Seven branches have been opened in Andhra Pradesh at Machilipatnam, Madanapalle, Amalapuram, Tadepalligudem, Nandigama, Anantapur and Tuni.

The four Telangana branches are located in Adilabad, Nagarkurnool, Kothagudem and Siddhipet.
Each location will offer Saarathi Finance’s secured business loans and loans against property to micro and small enterprises, traders and self-employed professionals operating in the respective towns and neighbouring markets.
The expansion forms part of the company’s second phase of growth. Saarathi Finance ended its first year with more than 70 branches across six states and plans to add another 50 to 60 branches across India.

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been identified as priority markets because of their MSME presence, entrepreneurial activity and demand for formal secured credit across semi-urban and rural centres.
Saarathi Finance evaluates prospective branch locations using economic growth indicators, MSME concentration, customer profiles, regional credit behaviour and the level of competition within each market. The 11 locations were selected after being assessed against these factors.
The company said the MSME financing challenge cannot be understood only through the frequently cited national credit gap of nearly Rs 44 lakh crore, as the requirements of businesses differ considerably by location and sector.

An aquaculture enterprise operating in coastal Andhra Pradesh, for instance, may have financing requirements that differ from those of a trader or an agri-processing business in interior Telangana.
By locating branches closer to these enterprises, Saarathi Finance expects its teams to develop a better understanding of local business conditions, assess borrowers within their operating context and improve access to formal secured credit.
Each new branch will be led by a Branch Manager and supported by a Branch Credit Manager and local relationship teams.
The company plans to continue adding branches across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana while extending its presence nationally.

Saarathi Finance & Credit Pvt Ltd provides credit to MSMEs across semi-urban and rural India. The company combines local market assessment with technology to offer lending products suited to the requirements of small business owners.
It operates with the guiding principle Aap Akele Nahi Hai, meaning You Are Not Alone.
