Playotel Hotels has upgraded to Hotelogix's cloud based multi property management platform to centralise hotel operations, improve operational efficiency and support its planned expansion to more than 50 properties across India.

Playotel Hotels has upgraded to Hotelogix’s cloud based multi property management system, enabling centralised operations, integrated reservations and scalable technology infrastructure as the hospitality brand works towards expanding its portfolio to more than 50 properties.

Playotel Hotels has upgraded to Hotelogix’s cloud based multi property management system as part of its strategy to centralise operations and support the next phase of its expansion across India.
The transition enables the hotel group to manage multiple properties through a single platform while providing centralised operational control from its head office. The move also positions the hospitality brand to onboard new properties more efficiently as it expands its presence across the country.

The development reflects a broader trend within India’s hospitality sector, where emerging mid market hotel brands are investing in cloud based technology to improve operational efficiency, standardise guest experiences and support business growth through centralised management.
Playotel Hotels currently operates across cities including Indore, Guna, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Kasauli and Ujjain. The company plans to expand its network to more than 50 properties while maintaining consistency across its operations and guest services.

As part of the technology upgrade, Playotel Hotels sought a cloud based platform capable of integrating with existing systems across reservations, revenue management, finance, guest services and distribution. The new platform provides centralised reservations, real time inventory management, reporting and analytics, while supporting dynamic pricing strategies based on changing demand.
The integrated Central Reservation Office also enables bookings to be managed centrally across all properties through a single call centre, allowing the group to streamline reservation management as its portfolio grows.
