Founder and Director Prince Dhariwal said the Noida event for Navbharat Shivani Vatika 11th and Navbharat Shivani Residency reflected growing investor interest in Rajasthan’s infrastructure led real estate corridors.

Navbharat Niwas Private Limited hosted an allotment ceremony for customers associated with its Rajasthan plotted township projects at Fortune Hotel by ITC, Noida, on 22 May. The event brought together homebuyers and investors linked to Navbharat Shivani Vatika 11th and Navbharat Shivani Residency.
Nearly 150 customers from Delhi NCR and nearby areas participated in the allotment process and interacted with the company’s founders and management. The event reflected growing investor interest in infrastructure oriented real estate locations in Rajasthan, especially Jaipur and its industrial peripheries.

The company maintained a personalised format for the event, with its founders and management present through the allotment process. Customers were briefed on project development status, regional infrastructure growth and investment opportunities in the area.
Navbharat Niwas said both projects have attracted attention because of their proximity to infrastructure projects such as the DMIC, RIICO industrial areas, expressways and government urbanisation plans.

Navbharat Shivani Vatika 11th is located near Renwal on the Jaipur Khatu Highway and has access to the upcoming Kotputli Kishangarh Greenfield Expressway, along with the Kaladar, Manda and Renwal RIICO Industrial Areas. The plotted township includes internal roads, electricity, parks, boundary walls and gates.
Navbharat Shivani Residency at Phulera is being positioned as an investment ready residential hub under the government’s Master Plan 2031. Its location offers connectivity to Mahindra World City, railway infrastructure, industrial belts, educational institutions and highways, which the company expects will draw interest from northern markets.

Navbharat Niwas was incorporated by Mr. Prince Dhariwal and Mr. Gaurav Gupta, with co founders Mr. Rohit Nayan, Mr. Anirudh Ada and Mr. Shivam Verma. The company has expanded across plotted developments, townships and resorts in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. It currently serves more than 3000 customers through transparent transactions, prompt possession and in house project development capabilities.
“At Navbharat Niwas, we believe trust is built through actions and long term relationships. This allotment ceremony was an opportunity for us to personally engage with our customers and strengthen the confidence they place in us. Our focus has always been on transparency, commitment and creating secure investment opportunities for every buyer,” said Prince Dhariwal, Founder and Director, Navbharat Niwas.
He added, “We are witnessing increasing interest from investors looking at infrastructure led growth corridors across Rajasthan. Through our projects, we aim to provide not just property ownership, but long term value and peace of mind to our customers.”
With a growing footprint across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Navbharat Niwas plans to expand further through township, plotted development and infrastructure linked real estate projects across emerging growth corridors in North India.
