Women Led Home Finance Branch Opens in Noida as Shubham Housing Finance Introduces Shubh Shakti Initiative

Anujai Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Shubham Housing Finance, along with Founder and Managing Director Sanjay Chaturvedi and Promoter and Joint Managing Director Rupa Basu, said the Shubh Shakti branch aims to expand women’s access to home finance.

Noida, March 05, 2026: A women led home finance branch has opened in Noida as Shubham Housing Finance introduced the Shubh Shakti initiative to strengthen financial inclusion and support women seeking homeownership.
The branch, located in Noida, is managed entirely by women professionals and is designed to create a supportive environment for female applicants and families navigating housing finance decisions. The initiative reflects the company’s focus on improving access to formal credit for individuals working in the informal sector.

The Shubh Shakti branch was inaugurated by Anujai Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Shubham Housing Finance.
The company said the branch will provide personalised financial counselling to women entrepreneurs and salaried professionals seeking guidance on home loans. It will also offer simplified documentation processes tailored to applicants whose income may not be captured through traditional formal employment records.

The branch has been designed as a community focused space where women can seek advice on financial planning, long term security and homeownership.
Anujai Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Shubham Housing Finance, said the initiative reflects the organisation’s focus on financial empowerment.
“Shubh Shakti represents strength, resilience and leadership. At Shubham we believe empowering women financially creates a lasting impact on families and communities. This initiative reflects our commitment to building an ecosystem where women feel confident to lead their homeownership journey,” said Anujai Saxena.

Sanjay Chaturvedi, Founder and Managing Director of Shubham Housing Finance, said the initiative aligns with the company’s broader mission to expand financial inclusion.
“At Shubham we have always believed that financial inclusion begins at the grassroots and women play a pivotal role in shaping stronger households and communities. The Shubh Shakti branch is a meaningful step toward enabling more women to confidently access home finance and build a secure future for their families,” said Sanjay Chaturvedi.

Rupa Basu, Promoter and Joint Managing Director of Shubham Housing Finance, highlighted the broader social impact of women’s financial participation.
“Empowering women financially has a multiplier effect on families and society. Through the Shubh Shakti initiative we aim to create a welcoming space where women feel supported, understood and inspired to take the lead in their homeownership journey,” said Rupa Basu.
The launch coincides with the week of International Women’s Day and will serve as a pilot model for future women led branches across India.
