Dr Uday Goutam received the honour at the Times Network India Health Summit 2026 in Hyderabad from Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and DGP C. V. Anand.
Dr Uday Goutam was recognised for his work in neurosurgery and brain stroke prevention at the Times Network India Health Summit 2026 held in Hyderabad.
He received the recognition for “Legendary Excellence in Neurosurgery & Brain Stroke Prevention Public Health Services” during the event, which brought together medical professionals, government officials, policymakers, healthcare administrators, academicians and public health experts.
The honour was presented by Shiv Pratap Shukla, Governor of Telangana, and C. V. Anand, Director General of Police, Telangana.
Dr Uday Goutam has been associated with neurological healthcare, stroke prevention awareness and public health initiatives aimed at encouraging early diagnosis and timely medical intervention. His work has also included public awareness activities focused on reducing the impact of stroke related disabilities and improving understanding of neurological disorders.
