Delhi NCR Becomes Women Leadership Circle’s Next Hub for Mentorship and Leadership Connections

Jaya Mehrotra, Founder & CEO, Women Leadership Circle, and Sunny Bhasin, COO, Women Leadership Circle, outline plans to connect women professionals, senior leaders, CXOs, founders and entrepreneurs through mentorship, learning and curated peer interactions

Women Leadership Circle has expanded its community to Delhi NCR with a new chapter focused on bringing women professionals, senior leaders, CXOs, founders and entrepreneurs together for leadership learning, mentorship and peer connections.
The Delhi NCR Chapter will address different stages of professional and entrepreneurial development through conversations and programmes covering leadership progression, visibility, executive presence, strategic decision making, mentorship and entrepreneurship.
The initiative is designed to give members access to perspectives from peers and experienced leaders while creating opportunities to develop professional relationships across industries.

Jaya Mehrotra, Founder & CEO, Women Leadership Circle, said, “WLC is not about creating another networking platform. We are building a curated, trusted circle where women can connect with people who broaden their perspectives, challenge their thinking and accelerate their growth. Our focus is on creating a community that enables meaningful relationships and connects women to the people, ideas and opportunities that can help them move forward at every stage of their journey.”
For founders and entrepreneurs, the chapter will facilitate interaction with peers, mentors and potential collaborators from different sectors. Discussions will cover areas including business growth, leadership, financial preparedness, team building and scaling.
The Delhi NCR launch also extends connections between Women Leadership Circle communities in Mumbai and Delhi NCR. The organisation is looking to engage professionals and founders from sectors including technology, media and professional services, among others.

Sunny Bhasin, COO, Women Leadership Circle, said, “WLC is building a concentrated network of senior women leaders and a curated, vetted community that connects women to expertise, perspectives and opportunities that can support their growth. Our ambition is to create a community where women can learn from one another, build meaningful relationships and find the support and connections needed to pursue their goals and create greater impact.”
Over the next 12 to 24 months, Women Leadership Circle plans to develop its Delhi NCR community through leadership conversations, mentorship programmes, learning engagements and curated networking formats. These will include both technology enabled and in person offerings.
The organisation plans to assess the chapter’s development through membership growth as well as mentorship relationships, collaborations, knowledge exchange, introductions and opportunities generated within the community.
