InvoiceCloud Names Sharon Joy India HR Head as Hyderabad GCC Enters Next Growth Phase

Sharon Joy will lead talent, leadership, culture and employee experience for the India centre as InvoiceCloud continues hiring across product, engineering, AI and specialised technology roles.

InvoiceCloud has appointed Sharon Joy as Head of Human Resources, India, as the digital billing and payment solutions company expands its Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad.
In her new role, Joy will lead the people agenda for InvoiceCloud’s India operations, covering talent, leadership development, workplace culture and employee experience.
She will work with Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Leader, and Jessi Marcoff, Chief People Officer, as the Hyderabad centre expands its role across technology, product development and operational functions.

The appointment comes as InvoiceCloud continues to build its India operations around product engineering, AI, automation and digital payments capabilities.
Biju Davis said the next phase of growth would require a strong focus on both organisational capability and workplace culture.
“Building a high-performing, values-led organisation is at the heart of where we are headed,” Davis said.
He added that Joy brings experience across complex and technology-led organisations that would support the company as it expands its India capabilities.
Joy brings more than two decades of experience across technology, consulting, financial services and product-led businesses.

Before joining InvoiceCloud, she spent more than six years at Centime Inc., a US-based fintech company, where she served as Senior Director of Human Resources and oversaw HR operations across India and the United States.
Her earlier experience includes roles at Cognizant, Optum Global Solutions, Virtusa, DXC Technology and Tech Mahindra.
Across these organisations, her work covered talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, diversity and inclusion, HR operations, leadership development and organisational transformation.
Her experience has also involved working with teams across India, the United States, Ireland and the Philippines.
Jessi Marcoff, Chief People Officer at InvoiceCloud, said India has become an important part of the company’s future growth.

“India is central to our future, and the people’s experience we build here matters enormously, not just for our teams in Hyderabad but for the company globally,” Marcoff said.
She added that Joy’s experience in building workplace culture would be important as the company scales.
Commenting on her appointment, Joy said she looks forward to helping develop the Hyderabad GCC into a centre with greater organisational and business impact.
“I am excited to be part of InvoiceCloud’s growth journey and to help shape the Hyderabad GCC into a centre of real depth and impact,” she said.

Joy added that her priorities would include building a culture around trust, teamwork and customer focus.
InvoiceCloud said the appointment further expands its India leadership team while supporting continued recruitment across product, engineering, artificial intelligence and other specialised technology roles.
The company provides digital payment, customer engagement and outbound disbursement solutions and serves more than 3,250 customers across the utility, government and insurance sectors.
