Ambika Sharma, Founder and Chief Strategist at Pulp Strategy Communications and Product Architect of NeuroRank, said the platform was tested with 150 brands across 65 industries before opening globally.
NeuroRank, the AI visibility intelligence platform from Pulp Strategy Communications, has opened globally as a SaaS platform for brands and agencies seeking to track how AI models describe, cite and recommend them.
The patent pending platform offers Model Preference Engineering as a monthly subscription starting at USD 225. It is designed to help brands manage visibility across AI search engines and AI generated answers at a time when search behaviour is changing and zero click results are becoming more common.
NeuroRank focuses on Generative Engine Optimization and Large Language Model Optimization, helping users examine how platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity represent brands. The company says many brands are unable to see when AI models omit, misstate or under represent them, and the platform has been built to address that gap.
Model Preference Engineering works as a continuous monthly process. It diagnoses how AI models perceive a brand, identifies specific gaps, prescribes content and technical fixes, supports model conditioning across owned, earned and third party sources, and tracks monthly changes as models recalibrate.
“For twenty years, I have consulted with some of the world’s largest brands on visibility online and offline. I have also seen platforms and tools which marketers struggle with, leading to forced use of more than one tool to drive one result. I built NeuroRank to address GEO comprehensively, putting control in the hands of the user. We did not rush but invested in stress testing the platform with 150 brands across 65 industries, incorporating feedback and practical ease of use cases and features after individual discussions with 150 marketing leaders before opening the platform to everyone. NeuroRank provides everyone with the intelligence to see, govern, and command how AI talks about them,” said Ambika Sharma, Founder, Chief Strategist at Pulp Strategy Communications and Product Architect of NeuroRank.
The company said NeuroRank has already been used in enterprise engagements across banking, financial services, insurance and fast moving consumer goods. In one 90 day engagement, a leading Indian BFSI brand improved AI visibility by 30 percent and citation frequency by 12 percent across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. A leading Indian FMCG brand improved AI visibility by 47 percent over the same period. The company noted that NeuroRank diagnoses and prescribes, while clients or agencies implement the recommendations, and results vary by brand, category and starting baseline.
The platform is also being used by agencies to build Generative Engine Optimization offerings for clients. One agency has onboarded three enterprise clients across automobile and BFSI sectors using NeuroRank.
NeuroRank runs a five step method every cycle: deconstruct, diagnose, prescribe, condition and track. It reviews model representation of a brand, checks gaps across major AI systems, recommends content and technical improvements, conditions models across available sources and monitors month on month movement.
The platform is ISO IEC 27001 certified and does not require access to a brand’s CRM, analytics or internal systems. It examines AI models from the outside in, similar to how a customer would encounter brand information.
NeuroRank’s Model Preference Engineering plan starts at USD 225 a month for one model and one prompt cluster, and scales to USD 350 a month for coverage across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity with combined synthesis. Its MPE Enterprise plan offers custom scope by brand and region, advisory hours, strategy roadmap and Maker Checker governance. A Live Forensic Diagnostic report is priced at USD 7 as a one time product, offering a 10 section report across four models and combined synthesis within 12 to 20 minutes.
NeuroRank is a brand of Pulp Strategy Communications Private Limited, headquartered in New Delhi. Pulp Strategy Communications works across branding, go to market strategy, design, martech and applied AI. Its previous product builds include Instappy in 2015 and Yukti in 2024.
