Netcore Unbxd has introduced Debugger Agent, a new capability within its ecommerce search platform aimed at helping merchandising and digital commerce teams understand how product ranking decisions are made.
The tool has been integrated into the platform’s Search Preview interface and is designed to explain why specific products appear in search results, rank in certain positions, or fail to appear altogether.
As ecommerce discovery systems increasingly rely on behavioural signals, ranking models, merchandising rules, inventory logic and contextual relevance layers, operational visibility has become more difficult for business teams managing search performance.

Netcore Unbxd said the Debugger Agent provides real time explanations in plain language, helping teams identify search relevance issues, ranking conflicts and discovery gaps that may affect customer experience and conversions.
