A Women’s Day Dessert Pop Up at Saz American Brasserie Brings Chef Sanah Ahuja’s House of Amel Pastries to Mumbai

Chef Sanah Ahuja, Founder of House of Amel, said the Women’s Day weekend collaboration at Saz American Brasserie will feature six signature croissants and desserts available to guests on 8 and 9 March.

March, 2026: Saz American Brasserie in Mumbai is partnering with House of Amel, the patisserie and croissanterie founded by Chef Sanah Ahuja, for a limited Women’s Day weekend edition of its Sunday Bake Sale.
The collaboration brings together the dessert focused approach of Saz with the pastry craft of House of Amel, offering guests a curated menu of croissants, pastries and desserts created for the occasion.

House of Amel operates two delivery kitchens in Mumbai and has developed a following for its artisanal desserts and handcrafted croissants. Alongside its core menu, the brand also creates experiential dessert concepts including curated dessert spreads and live croissant sandwich bars for celebrations and private gatherings.
For the Women’s Day collaboration, six signature creations from House of Amel will be presented at Saz American Brasserie.

The menu includes Rouge, an entremet made with 70 percent dark chocolate mousse, strawberry jam and almond cake. Guests will also find the Pesto, Feta and Sundried Tomato Danish, a flaky pastry layered with pesto, crumbled feta and sundried tomatoes.
Another offering is Hazelnut Crunch, which combines croissant crisps with hazelnut caramel, hazelnut mousse and chocolate glaze. The Strawberry Cream Croissant features a croissant sandwich filled with whipped vanilla mousse, house made strawberry jam, streusel and fresh strawberries.

The selection also includes Banana Walnut Cake, a teacake slice made with salted caramel, chocolate chunks and roasted walnuts, along with the Jalapeño Croissant, filled with jalapeño cream cheese.
The collaboration highlights women led creativity in the culinary space and brings together two brands known for their focus on flavour and pastry craft.

The House of Amel and Saz bake sale will take place at Saz American Brasserie in Mumbai on 8 and 9 March.
