Gurmeet Randhawa, General Manager, Radisson Blu Guwahati, said the dining experience pairs Asian signature dishes with botanical cocktails and mocktails from June 3 to June 7, 2026.

Radisson Blu Guwahati is hosting The Dragon and The Botanist at Nest Asia, a curated dining experience that brings together Asian cuisine and botanical beverages.
Scheduled from June 3 to June 7, 2026, the event is being held at Nest Asia from 7:00 PM onwards. The experience has been designed around the pairing of bold Asian flavours with cocktails and mocktails inspired by herbs, spices and floral notes.
The menu includes dishes such as Tom Yum Thukpa, La Zi Ji, Sichuan Chicken, Gaeng Matsaman Curry and Chak Hao Kheer. These are paired with botanical creations including Sichuan Negroni, Thai Basil Smash, Shanghai Blossom, The Zen Garden and Fiery Dragon.

The dining experience uses ingredients linked to Asian culinary traditions, including lemongrass, kaffir lime, Sichuan pepper, star anise, basil and bird’s eye chilli. These flavours are matched with herb forward beverages to create pairings that balance spice, smoke, aromatics and freshness.
