Pan Asian Feast at Zega to Mark Chinese New Year at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel

Special à la carte menu, themed décor and traditional horse dance to welcome the Year of the Fire Horse on February 17

Hyderabad, February 13, 2026: Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel will mark Chinese New Year with a themed dinner at Zega on February 17 from 7 PM onwards, welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse with a curated Pan Asian menu.
The à la carte offering includes dishes inspired by Chinese culinary traditions and designed for shared dining. Menu highlights include Prosperity Tossed Salad also known as Yee Sang, Longevity Clear Broth with glass noodles, Prawn Wu Gog dim sum, Steamed Red Snapper with ginger and scallion, and Fukuoka Yama Tiramisu prepared with matcha and mascarpone.

The restaurant will feature themed décor for the evening. A traditional horse dance ritual is scheduled to take place at the lobby and at Zega as part of the celebrations.
Guests attending the dinner will also receive a Cantonese mooncake as a takeaway.
Chinese New Year marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle and is traditionally associated with prosperity and fresh beginnings.
