Mohit Gandhi and Nisha Chauhan of Nexura Events and Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation outline the intent behind the ‘Udaan: Nayi Peedhi, Naya Kal’ initiative
Nexura Events, in collaboration with Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, has announced the launch of Udaan: Nayi Peedhi, Naya Kal, a pan India initiative designed to support children with talent and potential who have limited access to structured opportunities for growth.
Launched as a long term child development and social advancement programme, Udaan operates under the Children Talent and Social Advancement initiative. Within this framework, Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation anchors the social and developmental approach, while Nexura Events leads programme execution and experiential design. The initiative focuses on building confidence, communication, discipline, and self expression through guided learning rather than performance driven competition.
The programme encourages children to present any form of talent or interest they currently possess or wish to explore. Participants are not restricted to predefined categories and are supported in expressing individuality and creativity through age appropriate engagement. The structure has been designed to ensure that children are guided, mentored, and supported at every stage of their learning journey.
According to the organisers, Udaan prioritises emotional well being, self belief, and personal growth over rankings, elimination formats, or competitive pressure. The initiative follows a progressive model that emphasises mentoring, exposure, and confidence building, allowing children to grow at their own pace in a safe and encouraging environment.
Commenting on the launch, Mohit Gandhi, Director and Founder of Nexura Events and Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, said that the idea behind Udaan is rooted in the belief that every child carries potential but not every child receives the exposure or guidance needed to recognise it. He said the initiative aims to stand alongside children as they discover their abilities, express themselves, and grow into individuals who believe in their own potential.
Nisha Chauhan, Director and Founder of Nexura Events and Vice President of Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, said the programme has been designed to create a space where children feel encouraged rather than judged or pressured. She added that Udaan seeks to assure families that children are being nurtured with care, responsibility, and values, and that confidence built at an early stage can have a lasting impact on a child’s future.
Participation in the Udaan programme is completely free of cost. There are no registration fees, participation charges, grooming fees, or hidden costs at any stage. The initiative has been structured to ensure that financial limitations do not act as barriers, allowing children to participate based purely on interest and willingness to learn.
Through its pan India rollout, Udaan aims to reach children across diverse regions and backgrounds, offering structured exposure while maintaining a focus on ethics, inclusion, and long term personal development.
