Rohan Paul, Business Head, India and Neighboring Markets, Vision Care, ZEISS India, said the company’s first ZEISS VISION CENTER in Madhya Pradesh is aimed at expanding access to precision driven vision care beyond major metro markets.
Indore, 14th May 2026: India’s premium vision care retail market is continuing to expand beyond metro cities, with ZEISS India entering Madhya Pradesh through the launch of its first ZEISS VISION CENTER in the state.
The new ZEISS VISION CENTER, launched in partnership with New Look Optix, marks the company’s retail entry into Indore as it expands access to advanced eye care technologies and premium eyewear solutions in emerging urban markets.
Located in Greater Brajeshwari, Indore, the 900 square foot centre brings ZEISS’s German optical diagnostic technologies into a consumer retail environment. The facility includes ZEISS VISUFIT 1000 for 3D digital centration, ZEISS VISUCORE 500 for eye assessments, and ZEISS VISUREF solutions aimed at broader ocular screening support.
Customers will also have access to personalised consultations, ZEISS trained staff and a curated premium eyewear offering featuring 40 international brands. The centre combines clinical eye care services with consumer eyewear retail in a single destination model.
The joint owners of ZEISS VISION CENTER by New Look Optix, V.P. Agrawal, Vishal Garg and Sarthak Agrawal, said the move is intended to address the gap between premium retail eye care experiences available in metro cities and those in Indore.
Rohan Paul, Business Head, India and Neighboring Markets, Vision Care, ZEISS India, said, “The launch of the first ZEISS VISION CENTER in Madhya Pradesh marks an important milestone in our journey to expand access to quality vision care across India. In partnership with New Look Optix, we are bringing together advanced optical technologies, personalized consultations, and a carefully curated portfolio of premium eyewear to elevate consumer experience.”
The centre’s lens portfolio includes ZEISS ClearMind lenses, ZEISS DuraVision Gold UV lenses, ZEISS MyoCare lenses for children’s myopia management, and ZEISS SmartLife lenses designed for digitally connected lifestyles.
ZEISS said the centre is now open for eye testing and personalised vision care consultations.
ZEISS Group operates globally across optics and optoelectronics, with business segments spanning semiconductor manufacturing technology, industrial research, medical technology and consumer markets.
