The new Audi Q3 has entered local assembly at the Škoda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL) manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, ahead of its scheduled India launch on October 16, 2026.
The development marks the beginning of domestic production for the latest generation of Audi’s compact luxury SUV, which will feature a 2.0 litre petrol engine and the company’s quattro all wheel drive system.
The new Audi Q3 will also introduce a range of features and technologies that Audi describes as firsts for its segment. The company has positioned the model to combine driving performance with the everyday practicality expected from a compact luxury SUV.
Production at the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar facility forms part of the Volkswagen Group’s manufacturing operations in India and supports Audi’s plans for the domestic luxury vehicle market.

For Audi India, the introduction of the new generation Q3 is intended to expand the brand’s reach among luxury SUV buyers.

Customers can book the new Audi Q3 through the Audi India website, the myAudi Connect application or authorised Audi India dealerships.
