Axis Trustee Services Limited has expanded its presence in GIFT City with a new office that will provide trustee, agency and fiduciary services for domestic and cross border financial transactions.
The new office will support debt capital markets, alternative investment funds, escrow services and cross border financial structures within India’s international financial services ecosystem.
Axis Trustee Services Limited has opened a new office in Gujarat International Finance Tec City, strengthening its presence in India’s International Financial Services Centre and expanding its trustee and fiduciary services for domestic and cross border transactions.
The office was inaugurated in the presence of Pradeep Ramakrishnan, Executive Director, International Financial Services Centres Authority, Bipin Saraf, Chairman, Axis Trustee Services Limited, and Rahul Choudhary, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Axis Trustee Services Limited.
The new office will support the company’s operations across debt capital markets, facility agency, security trustee services, alternative investment funds, escrow agency services and specialised fiduciary solutions. It will also cater to the growing demand for cross border financial structures within the GIFT City ecosystem.
Following the inauguration, the company hosted a roundtable conclave that brought together industry participants to discuss opportunities within the International Financial Services Centre, the growth of cross border fund structures and the importance of governance and fiduciary frameworks in supporting the sector’s development.
