Prateek Kedia, Yoga Expert and Founder of WiseLife, said the campaign aimed to show that yoga can begin anywhere, from Chandni Chowk to railway stations and public spaces.
WiseLife marked International Yoga Day 2026 with its nationwide Just Unroll campaign, taking yoga sessions beyond studios, parks and wellness centres into public spaces across India.
The campaign was built on the idea that yoga can be practised anywhere and does not require a designated wellness setting. Through on ground activations, WiseLife encouraged people to see everyday locations as spaces where mindful movement and breathing can begin.
In Delhi, the campaign was conducted across seven settings, including Chandni Chowk, railway stations, nightlife districts, areas near liquor stores, Yamuna Ghat, religious places and historical landmarks. Each location was selected to connect yoga with different aspects of daily life, from finding calm in crowded spaces to reflecting near natural and cultural sites.
At Elan Miracle in Gurugram, actress Elnaaz Norouzi joined the Yoga Day event and participated in the session with attendees.
The campaign also extended beyond Delhi NCR, with yoga sessions and community led activations held across Gurugram, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Indore and locations in Chhattisgarh.
Prateek Kedia, Yoga Expert and Founder of WiseLife, said, “Yoga is one of the simplest wellness practices we have, yet many people feel they need the right place or the right time to start. Through Just Unroll, we wanted to show that there is no perfect moment. You can begin wherever you are. Sometimes all it takes is unrolling a mat and taking a few minutes for yourself.”
The campaign is part of WiseLife’s broader effort to make wellness more accessible and encourage people to bring mindful habits into daily routines.
Founded by Prateek Kedia in 2020, WiseLife offers yoga mats, fitness gear and wellness products. The brand gained wider recognition through Shark Tank India Season 3.
