IndiFrame has secured the fenestration mandate for Innovision Estates’ Midtown residential project in Nalasopara West, marking the brand’s first major entry into the micro market as developers increasingly prioritise organised execution partners.
Mumbai, 20 May 2026: IndiFrame, formerly known as GreenFortune Windows and Doors, has secured the windows and doors solutions mandate for Midtown, a residential project in Nalasopara West being developed by Innovision Estates.
The win marks IndiFrame’s first major entry into the Nalasopara micro market and reflects growing developer demand for organised, performance driven partners in a construction category that has traditionally remained fragmented.
Midtown is a G+20 residential development positioned as a landmark project in the region, offering 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes as suburban Mumbai continues to see evolving housing demand.
