Orkun Gül joins Oriflame’s Global Leadership Team with over two decades of experience across FMCG, direct selling, and network marketing, as the company focuses on international markets and its three million Beauty Entrepreneurs and members

Oriflame has appointed Orkun Gül as Chief Commercial Officer, adding him to its Global Leadership Team as the beauty and wellbeing company looks to sharpen its commercial direction across international markets.
Gül brings more than two decades of experience across FMCG, direct selling, and network marketing. His career includes senior roles at Procter & Gamble and over ten years in executive leadership at Avon, where he worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC.

In his new role, Gül will lead Oriflame’s commercial strategy, with focus on priority markets, stronger local execution, and improved productivity across the company’s network of more than three million Beauty Entrepreneurs and members worldwide.
He has also served as President of the Turkey Direct Selling Association, where he supported ethical and transparent practices in network marketing.
