Deven Shah, Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, Jyoti Global Plast Limited, says the new unit will support drone integration, testing, and deployment within a single manufacturing ecosystem
Jyoti Global Plast Limited has announced the expansion of its operational footprint in Bengaluru with the establishment of a new Drone Integration and Development Unit, marking a strategic step in the company’s transition toward advanced and technology led manufacturing.
The company has entered into a three year lease agreement to set up and operate the facility in Bengaluru, with a one year lock in period. The premises have been leased from Technomark Television Network Private Limited and will be used exclusively for drone related integration and development activities.
The Bengaluru unit will focus on the integration, testing, and deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles and associated systems. The facility has been designed to support high precision assembly and system level integration, while retaining flexibility to scale operations in line with future project and market requirements. This expansion strengthens Jyoti Global Plast’s capabilities in the rapidly evolving drone and unmanned systems ecosystem.
Commenting on the development, Deven Shah, Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jyoti Global Plast Limited, said, “The establishment of our Bengaluru facility represents a significant step in our evolution toward advanced and technology driven manufacturing. This unit strengthens our ability to carry out drone integration, testing, and deployment under one roof while aligning with our long term focus on high growth technology segments such as unmanned systems.”
He added that the company’s presence in Bengaluru provides access to a strong technology ecosystem, skilled talent, and collaborative opportunities that support innovation, precision manufacturing, and future scalability.
Located in one of India’s leading technology and innovation hubs, the new facility is expected to enhance Jyoti Global Plast’s operational readiness and geographic reach. The expansion aligns with the company’s broader strategy to diversify into next generation applications and deepen its manufacturing capabilities across defence, surveillance, industrial, and allied drone based segments.
With the addition of the Bengaluru unit, Jyoti Global Plast aims to adopt a more agile and scalable approach to address evolving market requirements and emerging opportunities across technology driven sectors.
