Held in association with the Postal Department from 1 to 12 July, the festival will feature letter writing workshops, a vintage stamp gallery, a DIY stamp contest and activities recognising postal workers.

Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru will host Stamps & Stories, a 12 day community festival from 1 to 12 July 2026 to mark National Postal Workers Day and highlight the role of India’s postal network.
Organised in association with the Postal Department, the programme will include letter writing workshops, a vintage stamp gallery, a DIY stamp design contest and a Wall of Gratitude where visitors can leave messages for postal workers, teachers, family members and mentors.
The festival will begin on 1 July with a felicitation ceremony recognising postal workers for their contribution to connecting communities across the country.

Visitors will also have access to philately camps along with information and assistance centres for postal, investment and insurance services conducted in partnership with the Postal Department.
One of the main attractions is the Art of Letter Writing Workshop, where participants of different age groups can learn the practice of writing letters and postcards.
The festival will also feature a DIY Stamp Contest, inviting participants to create stamp designs inspired by Bengaluru, local culture, community life and personal experiences. Selected entries will be displayed during the event.

A Vintage Stamp Gallery will showcase stamps that document India’s postal history along with important historical events and cultural milestones.
The event will take place at Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru. Entry is free and registrations will be available through BookMyShow.
