S. S. Murthy, GM, MSME, Central Bank of India, said the partnership aims to provide timely working capital support to Shree Cement dealers while improving liquidity across industrial supply chains.

PSB Xchange has enabled a dealer financing program for Shree Cement in partnership with Central Bank of India, creating a structured working capital route for the cement company’s dealer and distributor network.
The program is designed to support more than 17,000 Shree Cement dealers and distributors with improved liquidity, faster credit access, and more efficient working capital cycles across the distribution value chain. Through PSB Xchange, dealers will be able to access financing from participating lenders, with Central Bank of India serving as the financing partner for this program.

PSB Xchange operates as a unified working capital finance platform that connects corporates, lenders, fintech partners, and MSMEs through shared digital infrastructure. The platform enables standardised onboarding, program discovery, and integration between fintech originators and lenders, helping supply chain finance programs scale across sectors.
The platform’s model allows fintech partners to support origination and financing programs, while lenders gain access to structured opportunities through a single digital system. PSB Xchange said this shared infrastructure reduces fragmentation and allows financing programs to be deployed faster across corporate ecosystems.

The initiative is also aligned with the wider goal of expanding formal credit access for MSMEs. By embedding financing within corporate supply chains, PSB Xchange enables lenders to assess MSMEs through transaction level visibility and anchor relationships. This can improve credit quality, increase transparency, and reduce operational delays across the financing cycle.
PSB Xchange has onboarded multiple lenders and is continuing to expand participation across public sector banks, private sector banks, NBFCs, and fintech originators. The platform is built to allow corporates to connect with a ready network of lenders and financing partners, while fintechs gain access to institutional capital through standardised infrastructure.

S. S. Murthy, GM, MSME, Central Bank of India, said, “Supply chain financing remains an important avenue for expanding credit access to MSMEs. Through our partnership with PSB Xchange, we aim to extend timely and structured working capital solutions that support the growth and liquidity requirements of Shree Cement Dealers while strengthening India’s industrial supply chains.”
As digital supply chain finance adoption grows, PSB Xchange is positioning itself as a national infrastructure layer for working capital financing. The platform aims to support collaboration between corporates, lenders, and fintech partners while improving access to institutional credit across India’s business ecosystems.
