National, July 8, 2026: Chinese Wok has launched WokVerse, a digital engagement platform that brings AR, gaming and interactive entertainment into its quick service restaurant experience.
The platform is designed to convert customer wait time inside stores into an interactive brand experience, particularly for Gen Z and millennial consumers. WokVerse will be accessible through QR codes placed across Chinese Wok outlets.
The platform includes a virtual chef, branded games, music led features, cricket focused interactive content and social first experiences. Through these elements, Chinese Wok aims to extend customer engagement beyond food ordering and dining.
The company said WokVerse has been planned as a long term brand platform rather than a one time campaign. It will continue to add new experiences and culture linked content as part of the brand’s wider consumer engagement strategy.

Chinese Wok said the initiative supports its focus on youth centric platforms, digital storytelling and culture led brand engagement. The platform also aims to encourage user generated content and digital participation beyond restaurant locations.
Founded in 2015, Chinese Wok is the flagship brand of Lenexis Foodworks. The brand has more than 270 outlets across over 50 cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Vadodara, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad.
