Mayfair Manor draws privacy focused travellers to Alibaug

Mayfair Hotels and Resorts’ Alibaug retreat offers seven bedrooms across a main villa and annex, with private buyout options, Konkan focused dining and access from Mandwa Jetty.

Mayfair Manor in Alibaug has grown into a private coastal retreat for guests seeking seclusion, serviced hospitality and easy access from Mumbai.
The property, which made its debut in early 2025, is located about ten minutes from Mandwa Jetty. Its location allows guests to arrive from Mumbai by ferry or speedboat while staying away from the busier weekend movement often associated with Alibaug.
The estate has been designed with privacy and flexibility at its centre. Instead of a high density hotel format, Mayfair Manor operates as a low rise private estate divided into two structures. The main villa has five premium bedrooms, while the annex adds two more bedrooms. This layout supports full property buyouts for family gatherings, leadership retreats and private celebrations.

The common areas are planned around nature led spaces, allowing guests to host shared experiences while retaining private quarters. This format has made the property suitable for travellers and groups that need a quiet environment with personalised service.
Food is also central to the Mayfair Manor experience. The property’s culinary approach draws from the Konkan coast, with local seafood and regional flavours forming part of its dining offering. The focus is on coastal ingredients, seasonal availability and polished presentation aligned with the Mayfair hospitality style.

As it moves through its second year, Mayfair Manor continues to build recognition among travellers, private groups and wedding planners looking for an Alibaug venue with limited access, privacy and professional service standards.
Mayfair Manor is part of Mayfair Hotels and Resorts, a hospitality group known for properties across East, Northeast and Central India, including Bhubaneswar, Gangtok, Puri and Raipur.
