Aroma Magic’s cruelty-free, clean sun spray was tested on a variety of skin types, in urban areas with pollution, and outdoors. This is how it did.
I tested the Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic Sunlite Spray SPF 30++ in Mumbai’s scorching April sun, where the temperature rose above 38°C. This mineral-based, non-nano zinc oxide sunscreen is marketed as natural, reef-safe, and appropriate for all skin types. It comes from the reputable Indian aromatherapy company Blossom Kochhar. However, would it be able to endure India’s severe weather conditions without becoming greasy or irritating?
Application and Texture
A fine mist is dispensed from the product’s lightweight spray bottle. When I first used it, the scent reminded me of lavender and peppermint, two of the formula’s main essential oils, and was delicate and botanically clean. The Sunlite Spray absorbed quickly and felt weightless in contrast to cream-based sunscreens. Seldom does a mineral sunscreen leave a white cast.
