Hyderabad, 21 May 2026: Career readiness and workplace exposure are at the centre of KLH Global Business School’s latest academic initiative, as the Hyderabad based institution has launched INTERPHASE 2026, its flagship six credit Summer Internship Programme for students across business and creative disciplines.
The programme has been designed to connect classroom learning with industry practice through structured internships across reputed organizations. Students from BBA, MBA and B.Sc. Animation and Gaming programmes have secured internship opportunities with organizations including Times of India, CARE Group of Hospitals, DCB Bank, Broadridge, Zepto, Muthoot Fincorp, Tech Mahindra, TCS, City Union Bank, Licious, Green Gold Animation, Techno Paints, V Axis Learnings and other industry partners.
INTERPHASE 2026 covers internship roles aligned with students’ academic specializations and career interests across Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing and Animation and Gaming. The programme allows students to apply classroom concepts in professional settings while gaining exposure to workplace practices, corporate expectations and team based assignments.

Dr. Anand Bethapudi, Dean, KLH Global Business School, Kondapur, informed that the programme includes a structured academic mentoring and evaluation process to ensure relevant learning outcomes. Each student has been assigned a faculty mentor who will track progress, professional engagement, teamwork and internship performance in coordination with the respective industry supervisors.
The Summer Internship Programme will end with a detailed review process, including internship performance evaluation, supervisor feedback assessment, internship report submission and final presentations before an external jury panel comprising academic and industry experts.
KLH GBS will also recognize the Top 5 Summer Internship Programme Presenters based on analytical ability, industry understanding, innovation, communication skills and presentation effectiveness.
The initiative is intended to help students understand the practical relevance of academic learning in corporate and creative industry environments.
