The 918 plot development was originally registered with a December 2030 delivery timeline and includes a three acre beach and wave pool, 28,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more than 40 amenities
The House of Abhinandan Lodha has announced that the expected delivery of its Nagpur Marina project will move forward by two years, with the company now targeting December 2028 instead of the RERA registered deadline of December 2030.
The revised timeline means customers are expected to receive their plots earlier than the original regulatory delivery schedule, allowing them to begin construction of their individual homes sooner.
Nagpur Marina was launched in January 2026 with an expected delivery date of December 2030 as provided to RERA. HoABL said accelerated construction progress at the project site has enabled it to advance the expected completion timeline to December 2028.
The announcement comes amid operating challenges affecting the real estate and construction sectors, including disruptions associated with the ongoing West Asia conflict. According to the company, these conditions have affected the availability and supply of construction materials, particularly metals, while the sector has also experienced labour related disruptions.
HoABL said it has continued construction rather than seeking an extension of the project timeline on the basis of these circumstances.
Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman, The House of Abhinandan Lodha, said, “For us, delivery is not merely a contractual milestone, it is a commitment to our customers. While the industry has faced unprecedented challenges relating to materials, supply chains and labour, our focus has remained firmly on ensuring that our customers receive their land at the earliest possible date. At Nagpur Marina, we are confident of delivering in 2028, well ahead of the previous 2030 timeline registered with MahaRERA.”
The project comprises 918 plots and is being developed with supporting infrastructure including internal road networks, electrical substations, sewage treatment plants and underground water storage provisions.
Nagpur Marina also includes a three acre beach and wave pool, a 28,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more than 40 amenities distributed across three dedicated amenity zones.
Speaking about the project’s development, Lodha said, “When the project was announced in a hot, landlocked city like Nagpur, with no real marina, there was scepticism that the concept was primarily intended to just create Noise. Today, its execution tells a very different story. Delivering a 3 acre beach and wave pool in Nagpur’s challenging weather conditions, alongside a 28,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and 40+ amenities across three dedicated amenity zones, is an extraordinary feat and such an advancement was made possible through the facilities, cooperation, and continued support extended by the local authorities, as well as through the dedication, expertise, and collective efforts of our architects and all the people who were instrumental in developing and delivering the project.”
According to HoABL, the accelerated timeline has been supported by construction progress, coordination with local authorities and the work of architects and other teams involved in developing the project.
The company has previously delivered Imperial Goa and Isle of Bliss at Dapoli ahead of their originally committed timelines.
With Nagpur Marina, HoABL is focusing on earlier possession while continuing development of the infrastructure and amenities planned across the project.
