The homegrown food and beverage brand has opened a 140 sq. ft. outlet with a 588 sq. ft. super area, serving eggless soft baked cookies and handcrafted coffee in a food court format.
Worldmark New Delhi has added a freshly prepared cookie and coffee concept to its dining mix with the opening of Dohful, a homegrown brand serving soft baked cookies and handcrafted specialty coffee.
The outlet occupies a carpet area of 140 sq. ft. and a super area of 588 sq. ft. It operates in a food court format, allowing customers to collect their orders for immediate consumption or use the shared dining area.
Dohful serves large format cookies that are completely eggless and baked only after an order is placed. The made to order process differs from the advance preparation commonly followed by bakeries and cafés.
The cookie menu is accompanied by handcrafted specialty coffee, giving professionals, families and shoppers access to both products from a single outlet during visits to Worldmark New Delhi.
The addition forms part of Worldmark New Delhi’s food and beverage tenant mix, which includes homegrown brands and dining concepts across its retail and leisure spaces.
Worldmark New Delhi is part of the real estate portfolio operated and developed by BGRE. The platform manages more than 330 million sq. ft. of office, logistics, hospitality, retail and living space across global markets on behalf of Brookfield.
