Commercial drone services gain ground as Jyoti Global Plast enters DAAS with new joint venture

The new joint venture with DroneIQ Aeronext LLP will focus on drone enabled services for commercial and civilian use, with Deven Shah, Whole Time Director and CEO, Jyoti Global Plast Limited, and Aryan K Saha, Designated Partner, DroneIQ Aeronext LLP, positioning the move around scalable deployment across inspections, surveillance, facade operations, and media applications.

Drone enabled services are gaining wider commercial relevance in India as Jyoti Global Plast moves beyond manufacturing and into service led operations through a new joint venture with DroneIQ Aeronext LLP.
The new venture, Jyoti Aeronext Pvt Ltd, or any other name as approved by the CRC, has been formed to deliver Drone as a Service solutions across India for a range of civilian and commercial applications. The move marks an expansion for Jyoti Global Plast, which has already built a presence in the Drone as a Product segment through lightweight drone structures and related components.

The joint venture brings together Jyoti Global Plast’s manufacturing capabilities and DroneIQ Aeronext’s operational expertise in drone enabled services. The two companies are seeking to address rising demand for drone deployment across sectors where speed, access, visibility, and operational efficiency are becoming more important.

The joint venture will initially focus on areas such as high rise facade inspection and cleaning, industrial and infrastructure inspection, security and surveillance operations, and aerial advertising and media services. These are among the applications where drone technology is increasingly being used to improve safety, reduce time intensive manual processes, and lower operational costs.
