₹236 Crore Solar Contract Brings Truzon Solar 72 MW Project Across Four Maharashtra Districts
Truzon Solar has secured a ₹236 crore EPC order from Hariom Power & Energy for 72 MW of solar projects across four Maharashtra districts, with 15 MW already executed.

Charugundla Bhavani Suresh, Managing Director, Truzon Solar, Srinivas Jakkula, Chief Executive Officer, Truzon Solar, and Roopesh Gupta, Managing Director, Hari Om Industries, discuss the PM KUSUM Component C project, with 15 MW already executed and annual generation estimated at 89.89 million units.

Truzon Clean Energies Pvt. Ltd., formerly Suntek Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., has secured a ₹236 crore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from Hariom Power & Energy Private Limited for ground mounted solar projects with a combined capacity of 72 MW in Maharashtra.
The projects are being developed under the PM KUSUM Component C programme across Hingoli, Latur, Parbhani and Beed districts, with 15 MW of the total capacity already executed by Truzon.

The order has been disclosed by Hari Om, a listed company, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines.
The contract adds to Truzon’s utility scale solar project portfolio and supports agricultural solarisation in Maharashtra.
Under the agreement, Truzon will undertake turnkey execution, including project design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and performance demonstration.
Once commissioned, the projects are expected to generate approximately 89.89 million units of electricity annually, subject to final technical specifications and operating conditions.

The contract follows a six year business association between Truzon Solar and Hariom Power & Energy, with the companies citing project execution standards and service support as important factors in their continuing relationship.
Charugundla Bhavani Suresh, Managing Director, Truzon Solar, said, “This 72 MW order is a significant milestone and an endorsement of the trust we have earned. We thank Mr. Roopesh Gupta and Hariom Power & Energy for choosing Truzon Solar again. Our commitment extends beyond commissioning to the continued performance of every plant we deliver. With 15 MW already executed, we continue to bring our engineering expertise, quality standards and proactive service to this project, supporting Maharashtra’s agricultural solarisation.”

The projects will require coordinated execution across four districts, involving equipment procurement, site preparation, construction activities, quality assurance and commissioning.
Srinivas Jakkula, Chief Executive Officer, Truzon Solar, said, “Executing 72 MW of solar capacity across four districts demands precise engineering and close coordination. Our teams are focused on integrated planning across procurement, site mobilisation, construction and quality assurance. Our priority is to deliver dependable solar infrastructure built to specification, with safety and long-term performance at the centre of execution.”
Hariom Power & Energy’s decision to award the contract follows its established association with Truzon, which has included ongoing service and project support.

Roopesh Gupta, Managing Director, Hari Om Industries, said, “We have been associated with Truzon Solar for six years. Our decision to award this 72 MW project is driven by their consistently high quality standards and excellent, proactive after-sales service. Their team anticipates service needs and often reaches out before we call. That ownership and responsiveness distinguish Truzon and give us confidence in the long-term performance of our projects. This order strengthens a partnership built on experience, accountability and trust. “
Headquartered in Hyderabad, Truzon operates across residential, commercial, industrial and utility scale solar segments.
The company reports more than 18 years of industry experience, over 650 employees across eight offices and operations across India.
According to the company, it has delivered more than 400 MW of solar capacity and completed over 15,000 installations across different customer categories.
Truzon is backed by investors including Polycab Cables, Sachin Tendulkar, Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma, while actor Mahesh Babu serves as its brand ambassador.
Operating under the Truzon Solar brand, Truzon Clean Energies Pvt. Ltd. provides solar EPC services covering engineering, installation, financing facilitation and service support.
The Maharashtra contract represents an additional project commitment for the company under PM KUSUM Component C, with the remaining capacity to be executed as part of the 72 MW programme.
