Galgotias University athletes secured second place during the three day inter university basketball tournament hosted at IIT Delhi, competing against teams from multiple universities.

The basketball team of Galgotias University secured the runner up position at the annual sports festival hosted by IIT Delhi, marking a notable performance in a tournament that brought together university teams from across the country.
The competition was held over three days and featured closely contested matches between participating institutions. The Galgotias University team demonstrated strong coordination, discipline and tactical gameplay throughout the tournament, finishing second in the final standings.

During the event, the players displayed consistent teamwork and determination while facing strong competition from other university teams. Their performance highlighted the importance of strategy, collaboration and resilience in competitive university level basketball.
Despite a few players sustaining injuries toward the final stages of the tournament, the team continued to play with commitment and unity. The players supported each other on the court and maintained focus throughout the matches.
