Commercial Office Demand Rises Along Ajmer Road as Manglam Group Introduces Summit Signature Sangam in Jaipur

Manglam Group has announced Summit Signature Sangam, a premium commercial development being built along Jaipur’s Ajmer Road corridor. The project is being developed in collaboration with Sangam India Limited, a textile manufacturer headquartered in Bhilwara, with a total investment of approximately ₹400 crore.

Planned across a land parcel of more than 11,500 square yards, the project will feature a ground plus three floor commercial structure offering flexible office spaces starting from around 1,100 square feet. The development is intended to serve corporate headquarters, multinational companies, and premium retail brands seeking high visibility business locations in the city.
The site is located along the Ajmer Road and Civil Lines corridor, one of Jaipur’s key arterial routes connecting administrative and commercial districts. The location offers five way highway connectivity and access to the city’s metro network, railway stations, and airport, enabling convenient travel for employees, visitors, and businesses operating from the complex.

Architecturally, the development blends contemporary design elements with references to Jaipur’s traditional visual character. Terracotta toned façades, glass frontage, and landscaped elements contribute to the building’s visual identity.
The development will include a 5,000 square foot entrance lobby, glass elevators, and dedicated executive lifts designed to support efficient movement within the building. Infrastructure features include multi level basement parking for more than 400 vehicles, full power backup, advanced security systems, and digital connectivity.
Additional amenities include landscaped breakout zones, rooftop open areas, and curated food and beverage spaces intended to provide employees and visitors with areas for relaxation and informal meetings.
