Aditya Narayan, a singer and TV show host, gave birth to his first child with his wife, Shweta Agarwal, on February 24 at a hospital in Mumbai. In his most recent interview, the singer discussed the joys of becoming a father to a little girl.
Aditya revealed that he had secretly hoped to have a girl child all along, and it appears that his wish was granted.
In an interview, he said of his decision to embark on the fatherhood journey, ” “It was the most wonderful sensation. My feelings for and admiration for Shweta have grown exponentially. I was with Shweta when she gave birth, and I honestly believe that only a woman has the strength and perseverance to go through this and bring a child into the world. A woman goes through a lot when she gives birth and even during pregnancy.”
Aditya also told about their marriage, “Covid did speed up the process of us getting married because, during the last lockdown, we used to have many small arguments because I missed her a lot.” Her house is less than half a kilometer away from where we now live, but we could never meet, which was very frustrating. You want your treasured ones to be near to you… So that’s when I decided that there would be no more opinions about consuming time together after this lockdown.”
He also brought to Instagram to announce his followers of the news. “Shweta & I feel extremely grateful to share that the almighty has blessed us with a beautiful baby daughter on 24.2.22,” he wrote alongside a wedding photo of him and Shweta.
For the uninitiated, Aditya Narayan, a television presenter and singer was last seen as a host on Indian Idol 12 and is currently taking a break from television to focus on his music career, which he refers to as his “first love.” The presenter went on to say that he would rather be known as a “struggling musician” than a “successful TV personality.”
In terms of his personal life, Aditya married Shweta in an intimate ceremony at the ISKCON temple in Mumbai on December 1, 2020. They had been jointly for a decade before getting married.
