Seven Kitchens, an award-winning all-day dining venue at The St. Regis Mumbai, presents exclusively curated themed dinners that are unique, indulgent, and innovative. This weekend Friday and Saturday 11th & 12th December, Seven Kitchens brings you an exclusive gastronomical journey with Tuscany’s contemporary dishes over a lavish spread with Italian flavors and epicurean delights.
Aromatic flavors, fresh ingredients, and produce home-style flare from classics to the new age dishes, a spread that would delight lovers of traditional, robust Italian produce and a menu that will transport you to Tuscany.
The Chefs have curated a menu brimming with signature dishes such as Creamy Roasted Garlic and Spinach Orzo, Tuscan Chicken, Spezzatino, Tomato Crostini, Prosciutto and Melon amongst the others. The live pasta station will serve Casoncelli Stuffed with Asparagus, and Truffle Cream, Cavatelli & Cresc Tajat Pasta served with Lamb Bolognese and Pomarola Sauce, Fagottini Stuffed with Chicken and Provolone, Caramelle stuffed with Mushroom and Goat Cheese, etc. The brunch will also feature an enticing range of desserts, including Castagnaccio, Chestnut cake, etc.
Guests can scan the menu digitally by using the QR codes and place an order of the dishes they would like to savor with the server.
