The agreement has been structured at \u20b9125 per sq. ft., inclusive of maintenance. It carries a five year lock in for both parties, a 5 percent annual escalation and a 12 month security deposit. The premises also include 73 dedicated car parking spaces. Dow has operated from the facility for over 11 years.
