Human rights day plays a significant impact on the entire society for its development and progress. On human rights day, let us stand up and demand a new social contract anchored in realizing all human rights for everyone. To recover better, let us stand up for human rights. This day is celebrated and observed on 10th December 2020 by the United Nations Organization. It was adopted in 1948 by the United Nations Organization The Universal Declaration of Human rights empowers us all. The principles are as relevant today as they were in 1948.

How can we ensure that we get our rights as citizens of the country?

We need to stand up to action to take our rights. We need to take action in our daily rights to uphold our rights that will protect us and thereby promote our country’s universal development. These Rights gave a new meaning when they became a reality in every person’s daily life in the world. Bringing human Rights home is the core of the United Nation Organization mission in all the fields of education, science, culture, and communication

Youth awareness

Tomorrow young people will take control of society and the planet. Tomorrow they will take up the task of building a fair world to live in. However, focusing on the youth’s future, we must not forget that they are entitled to inherit the earth where they can live well and decently. This is our duty as adults today. Adults must understand that when young people speak up, they are speaking of their future.

This day is to celebrate the youth’s potential as constructive agents to change the world. The child must be aware of their rights and must stand for it to achieve a better future. Spotlighting the leadership role of youth will be a source of inspiration for a better lot.
