Sloth causes a ‘traffic jam in the jungle’ by interfering with zip lining

According to reports, the updated video of a sloth disrupting a zip line trip was filmed in the Costa Rican rainforest.

Ziplining is an adventure activity that is best appreciated when there are no interruptions. A smooth zip line ride comes to an unexpected halt in a video going viral on social media as a sloth appears on the wire.

The 44-second video shows a toddler and a father eagerly beginning their zip line journey through densely forested terrain. However, their journey is cut short when the boy collides with a sloth that appears to be hanging from the zip wire.

Fortunately, the sloth and the child appear uninjured; however, the mammal can be seen lifting and curling one hand. According to the Sloth Conservation Foundation, sloths express tension by twisting their hands or making a “waving” gesture.

The father and the youngster in the video appear amused by it’s surprise presence and attentively watch him go ahead at a leisurely pace before the video finishes. It’s unknown how it got away from the zip line.
The video’s source is unfamiliarbut it has reached viral on social media platforms such as Twitter and Reddit. According to several tweets, the video was recorded in a Costa Rican rainforest where visitors go on canopy tours through zip lining.
Due to the encroachment of natural habitats, many wild creatures, have come into touch with humans in recent years. Earlier this year, a video showing a gambling machine hanging from wires in Columbia went viral.
