Firm advised and represented, social media unicorn, ShareChat in relation to its Series H round from Google, Temasek, Times group and certain other existing investors1.

This is a mega investment raised by ShareChat in a bearish market which shows its strong fundamentals and investor confidence in short video space. ShareChat has crossed the $5 billion valuation benchmark after this round.
