GENDER INEQUALITY still matters in society.
Gender inequality which is largely known as gender discrimination in India. Sexual inequality is seen in India on the basis of their gender. Basic human rights are denied from them like government jobs, educational sectors . Gender Equaliity is giving them the equal rights , resources and opportunities. Gender discrimination results in domestic violence in the society . it tales place in men, females, lesbians , bisexuals and transgenders. As Indian society is male dominant society called patriarchy society. it is one of the serious issues taking place in the society . even after the bill passed in support if trans genders on November 26th 2019 . it defines prohibition against discrimination against transgenders. It is also legal to change the gender through surgery under legalization and to enjoy all the constitutional rights. Discrimination is done due to superstitious and blind beliefs in the Indian society. they are regarded as unfair to be given all basic rights. Due to scarcity of jobs and lack of education in the community of LGBT they are forced to beg and been downthrown.
The superstitious belifs says providing them an amount results in prosperity in wealth and economic conditions. Even after the death in rural areas the transgengers are beaten while performing funeral activities. If legal and appropriate rifgts given to transgenders they can benefit a legal recognition in the world. We cannot be called a developed nation where the issues or discrimination on the basis of sex takes place. According to the constitution of india gender discrimination comes under extereme offence.in many countries the an legislative effort is taken to recognize the gender identity like japan , united kingdom, India, France, Norway, Canada,Pakistan, Brazil, spain, Thailand, Sweden, Chile andGreece.
