A Healthy Diet…. Let’s Chunk It!

Diet is to consume a portion of healthy food and keeping our body in control. Fitness-wise or to get an excellent shape of our body is why we maintain diet nowadays.

A healthy diet routine is: eat meals four times a day, no restriction in what you are eating, no exercise is needed.

The things I have mentioned above, is that the right way to maintain a diet? Is what your question is right! Then I will say yes to it. Well, it is not an easy task to be on a diet. Many types of video, motivational stories, inspirational articles have been put up on the internet. 

We get motivated, and we decided to follow it. Day 1: We did what we targeted for Day 2,3, and 4 goes the same way on day five; we get a little dull about doing it, then day 6 is limit when we ask a question, “wait! Why am I even doing this? 

When I’m all fine by myself, I won’t achieve any revolutionary by continuing this. Let’s end this here as it not going to make any changes, and I’m doing great in my day-to-day life”. On the seventh day, we are out of it and not even give a second thought to it. If you ask me if I do the same as others, then no, I take my diet plans seriously, and I’m continuing it with the diet routine I mentioned above, so I’m fit and healthy now.

The diet, as mentioned above routine is healthyEating three meals a day or making it four times a day won’t make any difference. The only thing we need to watch is how much, when, and how to intake it. 

Chewing will while eating is the main thing by that the food is easily digested and unnecessary fats deposition will not take place. Like this, we can consume any food if we know the right way to finish it. Drinking water is so essential as it plays a significant role in dieting. Now comes the exercise; we don’t need any special training to maintain our shape or stay healthy.

Doing some extra curriculum activates, going for walks, and mostly doing our work by ourselves will make us fit. Keeping the limitation of usage of gadgets will also make us healthy. So, my conclusion is that if we do our daily basis work systematically, we can still say it as a diet.
