In the United States, a man was detained after free-climbing a 61-story skyscraper

He is seen ascending the building without any protective gear in the videos.

A man seen in a viral video free climbing to the top of one of the highest skyscrapers in the United States was detained on Tuesday for trespassing and resisting arrest.

The San Francisco Fire Department tweeted a photo of Las Vegas resident Maison Des Champs, 22, climbing the 61-story Salesforce Tower, indicating he was with them.

Passers-by were taken aback by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas student’s action, which was widely posted on social media. He is seen ascending the building without any protective gear in the videos. “On my way to buy coffee in San Francisco, and this person is just climbing a building,” a user remarked as he shared the video. People inside the building also posted videos of the “trespasser” mounting the stairs.

The man managed to shoot films and broadcast them on social media while scaling the building. The man’s objective was to gather funds for anti-abortion causes. The man informed ABC7 that he had a good time and would do it again. The only thing that went wrong, he stated, was that he became thirsty and exhausted near the end of the climb.

He was cited and released on Tuesday afternoon.

The structure is 1,070 feet tall, has 61 stories, and has 1.4 million square feet of office space.

Officers were flagged down by citizens about 9:21 a.m. to inform them that someone was climbing the tower.

Deschamps kept climbing the skyscraper until he reached the top about 10:50 a.m.

Before taking Deschamps into the building, authorities waiting on the roof seemed to handcuff him.

Sam Dewitt, a witness, claimed he came out of his office across the street from the tower, glanced up, and saw Deschamps about 10 floors high.

“Seemed like he scaled a really tall building pretty quickly,” Dewitt observed.
“San Francisco Fire is on the scene, along with other Public Safety Agencies, at 415 Mission, Sales Force Tower, for a reported climber scaling the 60-story tower.” This individual endangers the lives of firemen as well as the safety of the general public. “AVOID THE AREA and join us in opposing this behaviour,” tweeted San Francisco Fire’s public relations officer.
It took more than 2.5 million man hours to complete the skyscraper, which is made of 12,000 tonnes of steel.
On social media, a someone calling himself “Pro Life Spiderman” claimed to be the climber and shared video from outside the structure. In it, he expresses his displeasure with a doctor who performs abortions in Washington, DC.
