Author Ali Fowler releases the anti-procrastination and anti-overwhelm book of 2022

MELBOURNE, Australia, March 17, 2022 — “We all have things we should start or finish. If only we could find one good reason to do so!” It is for this reason that Ali Fowler releases “Start That Thing; Finish That Thing” (published by Balboa Press AU). Warning: this book is one part motivation, one part pushy, and one part “have-a-laugh-at-yourself.” Anyone who reads it is guaranteed to recognize himself/herself in this book on some page.

“This book is primarily here to inspire people to start that thing they have been talking about or finish that thing that they have been working on. It is a list-style concept book with a flip cover, so if their bigger issue is they can’t seem to start things, they start at the front of the book, but if their bigger issue is they can’t seem to finish things, they flip the book over and start at the other end.

Through the inclusion of 50 reasons to start something and 50 reasons to finish something, readers can select the most motivating reasons that apply to their own situation and use that reason as the catalyst for taking action. The author is developing a companion workbook.

“Start That Thing; Finish That Thing” received an honorable mention in the February 2022 global book competition run by Hayhouse — the largest publisher of self-help, inspirational and transformational books and products.
