Alicia Wade announces the publication of ‘Gratitude: Little White Book’

HERVEY BAY, Australia, Gratitude expert, life coach, business mentor, motivational speaker and author Alicia Wade returns to the publishing scene with “Gratitude: Little White Book” (published by Balboa Press AU).

Released in two volumes, this journal invites readers on a 52-week gratitude challenge to help them move from a state of fear to love. Included in the book are tools and resources gathered from coaches, mentors, spiritual healers, quotes and research from hundreds and thousands of people around the world. Part I consists of Week 1 to Week 26, with tasks and reflections about nature, art, random act of kindness, human connection, music, mindfulness, etc. Part II consists of Week 27 to Week 52, with tasks and reflections about friendship, fears, goals, spirituality, small/big wins, self-care, and more. It is the author’s hope that this workbook will guide readers in their journey and empower them to take control of their life.

“With the ongoing issues of COVID, lockdowns, and increasing mental health, this practice can assist with people being present to what they actually have and get to do with everything around them,” the author states. “We have access to so much and being appreciative to what we have can allow people to feel a sense of abundance instead of lack of. We have everything we need, things that can come to our front door by the touch of a finger on our phones. We have access to millions of things. It is time to be appreciative to what we have!”
