Toastmasters’ communication and leadership teaches T-Mobile employees how to:
“Toastmasters is about people pushing past personal barriers to achieve their potential, He describes his journey to become a motivational speaker and respected leader like a caterpillar just inching along the rooted grounds of life until he started participating at Toastmasters meetings. David recalls receiving an email in early 2017 from Anne Kalmbach, then VP of Education for T Masters, asking for volunteers. He accepted initial requests with trepidation, then found that “filling functionary roles was the beginning of a spooling cocoon, With Toastmasters, I’m getting closer to developing my butterfly wings as a Distinguished Toastmaster, competent motivational speaker and respected leader. Today, I’m more confident, collected under pressure, organized and much better at orchestrating meetings and events.”
