Ken Inoue, Torrance-born certified personal trainer, announces the launch of his diversified new blog, which schedules to launch this month. Though originally from Torrance, California, Inoue works with a wide range of clients based out of Los Angeles. With anyone he works with, Inoue strives to improve an individual’s overall health and well-being through the process of providing the right tools needed to embrace a nutritious, active, and motivated lifesyle.

The specific training approach Inoue integrates into his one-on-one sessions with clients is personalized and unique to each person. With this approach, Inoue also prioritizes and strongly emphasizes mastering fitness training fundamentals. Mastering these basics can set anyone up for success to maintain proper health and avoid injuries.

Inoue incorporates holistic strategy into his training style by utilizing practices based on strength training, cardiovascular, flexibility, and a well-balanced diet. To add to his personal fitness methodology, Inoue has ambitions to add to his Torrance education by working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Health Sciences. With this degree, the active fitness guru wants to use his gained knowledge to help any client who uses his services reach higher confidence levels in their physical health and practices to better themselves every day.

“I am looking forward to further connecting with my current and potential clients as well as others interested in topics of fitness as I turn a new page through the start of my diverse new blog,” said Inoue.

Inoue said that he looks forward to discussing all subjects of fitness as well as adding in conversations surrounding his other hobbies, passions, and interests. Currently, Inoue loves surfing, playing with his very loved dog, trying new nutritional recipes, and expanding his strength and mindfulness with a digital yoga session.

At the moment, Inoue is training clients on their custom workout plans, either at the gym or virtually. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Inoue is forced to abide by health protocols, often limiting his time training in the gym and focusing more on serving his clients at home through technology. Inoue is a big advocate of digital fitness wear because it not only helps him track his client’s health progress, but it allows those individuals wearing the technology to see their progress in real-time. Instant gratification helps those starting a fitness lifestyle to stay committed to their goals long-term.
