Ghost Kitchens India Pvt Ltd is an internet restaurant technology platform that assists restaurants and cloud kitchens with underutilised capacity in earning incremental revenue with no investment.

The company has announced the establishment of its 100th fulfilment partner in Bharuch, Gujarat, and plans to invest Rs 50 crores in the coming year to expand its brand reach.

Ghost Kitchens has increased its total number of internet restaurants to 1200 in the previous 10 months, making it one of the fastest-growing internet restaurant tech platforms in India.

Ghost Kitchens is currently present in 35 cities, including all major urban areas. The brand runs on a pan-India scale, with over 40 partners in West India, 20 each in South, East, and North India, and 50 more partners in the pipeline that will become operational within the next two months.

Ghost Kitchens overcomes the problem of restaurants not being able to create enough food delivery orders owing to aggregator algorithms not being understood.

Ghost Kitchens’ unique internet restaurant tech platform is the only option on the market, and no other firm has been able to design and supply this service.

Ghost Kitchens has received 1.2 million USD in investment over two rounds.

Yuj Ventures, the private investing arm of Xander Group founder Sid Yog’s family office, Dholakia Ventures, Salarpuria Family Office, Tremis Capital, Shankar Narayanan, and other prominent angels are among the prominent investors.

“Since our inception, we have successfully crafted countless success stories in a short period of time.” We now have various partners who have opened multiple stores. At the heart of this disruption is our patented technology, which enables small restaurant owners to understand customer mood and provide the greatest customer experience possible. This helps them create more meal delivery orders across all brands. We are confident in our ability to realise our aim of making every restaurant in India profitable.”

Mr. Kumar Gaurav, COO of Ghost Kitchens, commented on the achievement, saying,

Ghost Kitchens plugs a cuisine category consisting of 4-6 brands with a distinct value proposition for the end customer into each partner.

It allows anyone running a restaurant or cloud kitchen with underutilised capacity to contact Ghost Kitchens and promote their brands.
The company has also worked with the hotel chain SVN Hotels in south India. It is in talks with numerous hotels and QSR chains about partnering to bring its programme to all of their locations.

“We have plugged various affable brands from Ghost Kitchens brands like Starboy Pizza, New York waffles and other brands from Ghost Kitchens portfolio to our hotel kitchens since Feb 2022. We have been able to earn substantial incremental profits without investing because of efficient aggregator management and the support of ready-to-assemble food goods. We are presently contemplating additional growth with Ghost Kitchens.”

Mr Yashwant, the MD of SVN Hotels, said,
Ghost Kitchens aims to have 500 partners with over 2000+ internet restaurants by 2023, making it one of the top three internet restaurant companies in India.
Its in-house brand Starboy Pizza currently has the most stores, with 65, followed by New York Waffles, which has more than 40.
The brand has carved a significant presence across Tier 3 and 4 cities such as Kakinada, Viziagram, Bhavnagar, Bhadrak, Cuttuck, Jodhpur, Bilwara,
