E-Fill Electric and Germany-based Chargebyte Inks MoU to develop DC fast Chargers for Buses

Sonipat-based E-Fill Electric, an EV tech start-up, inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a Germany-based charging technology solution provider Chargebyte for product development and business expansion.

Mayank Jain, Founder & CEO, E-Fill Electric Charging Solutions, and Thomas Wagner, Chargebyte GmBH, signed the MoU on Sept 8, 2022.

“We are delighted to forge a partnership with Chargebyte, a renowned charging technology firm. The two companies will engage in R&D and aim to develop a smart and compact DC fast charger for Electric Buses. They will also work closely on onboard chargers for 4W passenger EVs. We are particularly excited to develop smart and compact DC fast Chargers for the buses, and who could be a better partner for a CCS2 Charger (European Protocol) than a tech company from Europe itself,”

said Mayank Jain.

“Chargebyte provides smart charge controllers to push e-mobility worldwide. We are happy to engage with e-fill now in order to enforce this plan in India and even further.”

E-Fill Electric is an electric car charging stations manufacturers in India. The company’s product portfolio includes EV Chargers (Slow/ moderate/ Fast), Cloud-based CMS, E-Fill Mobile Application and Electric Three Wheelers (E- Rikshaw -Passenger/ Loader and L5 Autos).

The company’s expert team has more than 10 years of experience from major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) like Mahindra Electric, Bajaj, Yamaha etc.

The company manufactures electric 3 Wheelers and EV charging stations in India. E-Fill Electric envisions developing an EV Eco-system and becoming the preferred solution provider by 2025.
