AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has said the industrial sector is booming in Andhra Pradesh while inaugurating the Ramco Greenfield cement factory at Kalvatala village of Kolimigundla Mandal in Nandyala district on Wednesday.
He also highlighted the state has been leading by example by topping the country in Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) for the third consecutive year.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chief Minister Jagan said that the government has been helping the industries and their growth since it would increase job opportunities for the local people.
“Over 1000 people will get jobs with Ramco industry,”
said the Chief Minister
“We have laid the foundation for the Green Co project in the Kurnool district. Over 20 thousand jobs to be created in the next four years. AP has been topping EoDB only because of the measures taken by the government. Ours is an industries-friendly government,”
said CM YS Jagan.
The Chief Minister has noted that if farmers come forward to set up solar projects, the government will give a lease for Rs.30 thousand per acre per year.
“We will increase the lease by 5 percent every three years. At least 2 thousand acres should be a cluster. AP is number one in the country in terms of growth rate,”
the Chief Minister added.
