During this lockdown, this one company launched itself to help people to earn.

 Two Corporate professionals, Mr. Asif Akbar from advertising background & Mr. Nawed Ali Khan from real estate, launched their business called NAGAURI after finding huge potential while researching the dairy industry. 

This duo got leverage from one of the partners whose roots belong to North India. He belongs to Nagauri community who only deals with dairy & milk since generations as a legacy. This community is having 30000 plus bricks & mortar shops spread across only in Mumbai. 

Targeting especially Tea vendors who require special milk for tasty tea, they have managed a big order at the start, but unfortunately, Covid-19 affected the whole market. They were also waiting for market stabilization, but they have seen people losing jobs, insecurity of long spent careers & interest for even small business every day. They found this is a perfect ground to help society as well as launch in a modest manner. Also, though, they have realized the tea market is not ready at all. They initiated a simple business model where no deposit & zero formalities require starting even with small milk orders in your area. 

To back this business, they have gotten their foundation strong, setting up their own BMC (Bulk Milk Coolers) in Pune rural area & tying up with farmers directly on the ground. They partnered with the best technical team to support milk collection. They also leased & collaborated with a plant, which will manage lakh liter capacity milk processing in a day. They hired the best dairy professionals from the industry to run the production. They focus on marketing & sales themselves, as that’s their core expertise. As an FMCG company, they have much bigger plans to launch special B2B catering dairy products and an array of consumer products like curd, ghee, full cream milk & sweets.

They have a much bigger plan for the future as once the market opens, they will be catering to their existing network of 3000 plus tea shops where large volume will be consumed. With innovative marketing strategy & truly delightful service, they are on their way to success helping society the best possible.
